1.0 Purchasing Goods - Delivery and Returns Policy
1.1 Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. For instance, a contract is not formed at the point when we take payment for the goods you have ordered, nor when you receive our confirmation of your order. Until the goods are dispatched we may reject, and you may cancel, the order.
1.2 Exceptions apply to orders for personalized items and goods made to your order which, in most cases, cannot be cancelled by you once you have received email confirmation of your order unless the product is faulty. Following formation of the contract we shall continue to own any goods ordered until we have received payment in full, from you even though the goods may have already been delivered to you.
1.3 Promotions - Any promotions run on this website may be exclusive to this website; they are not necessarily available via our other stores and vice versa.
1.4 The following terms & conditions apply to all promotions:
1.5 If you receive a free item, you are not able to exchange it for the full value of the product or an exchange unless the item is faulty
1.6 Promotions are always subject to stock availability
1.7 Any promotions or sales featured on this website are also subject to any specific terms & conditions that we wish to apply
1.8 Sale items are not included in promotions unless specifically stated
2.0 Discount Codes
2.1 Please note that discount code promotions are valid for the time period listed on the relevant communications. Please note discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Codes are valid for one use only by a customer.
2.2 Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with one another unless specifically stated.
2.3 You will receive an email from our us when we dispatch your parcel. Please check your spam folders for emails from us as the email is automatically sent. Please note any orders consisting of an item that requires printing may take an additional 2 days to dispatch from our warehouse.
2.4 We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, but an estimate will be listed on the checkout page when you select your method of delivery.
2.5 Please note if you request your parcel to be left in an unsecured location neither our carrier, www.suhsoomi.com or www.suhsoomi.com.au are responsible should your parcel "go missing" from that location.
2.6 We do not offer deliveries on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
3.0 International Deliveries
3.1 International Standard Delivery – Prices Vary Please allow 3 - 10 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse.
3.2 For Standard Delivery International to be offered, your order must be below a certain weight and volume. If you are not offered Standard Delivery International then your products have exceeded the weight, volume or order value limits and you will therefore be offered appropriate alternatives.
3.3 Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any delay incurred in the delivery time due to customs withholding your order for whatever reason.
3.4 Please note if you request your parcel to be left in an unsecured location neither our courier, www.suhsoomi.com or www.suhsoomi.com.au are responsible should your parcel "go missing" from that location.
3.5 Please note if you place an order and then subsequently refuse delivery as you will not pay the relevant customs and duty tax for your nation’s import duties or any other levied charge, www.suhsoomi.com or www.suhsoomi.com.au will not refund your goods or postage charges.
4.0 Additional Information
4.1 What happens if my delivery has not arrived? Please allow 7 working days (10 days for International) before you contact us regarding a ‘non’ delivery. After this time, please email email@example.com detailing full name, address and order number. Please allow 2 - 5 working days to track your parcel and for us to communicate back to you.
4.2 Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready or alternatively you will need to place to separate orders.
5.0 Dispatching of Orders
5.1 Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons 6.0 to 8.0:
.1 Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the www.suhsoomi.com or www.suhsoomi.com.au, again if you require other items before the pre-order date you will need to place a separate order.
7.0 Credit Card Checks
7.1 Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order. This is done by PayPal
8.0 Non-Shippable Addresses
8.1 For contractual reasons we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to accept your order to deliver at that address.
9.0 PO Boxes
9.1 Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses as your parcel must be signed for.
10.0 Undelivered Items
10.1 We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.
10.2 If we do not have an item that you have ordered, we will immediately refund you the way that you paid. We strive to ensure we have all items available, unfortunately however on occasion goods may become out of stock. We apologise for these instances.
11.0 Unwanted Items
11.1 You may return any item within 14 days of delivery in its unworn, unused condition and original packaging for a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
11.2 Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange any worn products unless they are deemed faulty and photographic evidence is required prior to us accepting them back for a refund or exchange.
11.3 All return and re-shipping charges for non-faulty goods/exchanges are the customer's liability.
12.0 Faulty/Damaged Items
12.1 If the item you receive is faulty or damaged in transit please return to us within 14 days for a full refund including original postage paid.
12.2 If you provide us with proof of returned items postage receipt, we will reimburse the cost by using your original method of payment.
13.1 If you require an exchange we will be happy to process this for you. However, you will need to pay for the return postage to us and we do not refund this charge.
13.2 You will also need to pay for delivery again before we dispatch your new replacement products so please ensure you have included contact details on your returns form.
14.0 How to Return/Exchange
14.1 Please complete and enclose the returns form that can be found on the back of the delivery note (it is essential you complete the returns slip correctly, or we may not be able to provide a refund).
14.2 Post the item and returns note by recorded delivery* to the following address:

14.3 Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.
14.4 For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
